Dear Student,

As it is the prime suggestion of the State Government, Ramakrishna Mission Shilpavidyalaya has decided to distribute the Marksheets and Certificate on 25^th November 2018, Sunday at 10:30 A.M.

In this respect, only pass out students of August 2018 shall be given the below mentioned Documents:

1) All four semester Marksheets,

2) Consolidated Marksheet

3) National Trade Certificate

• All the above documents are available in one’s own profile in the NCVT MIS portal except Consolidated Marksheet. Consolidated Marksheet shall be available only from the Institute itself personally.

• Since it is E-Marksheet and E-Certificate, we request all the students to collect their document on 25^th 2018, Sunday personally and compulsorily with Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card or Voter Card. No representative of the student shall be issued the above said documents.

• Any time before collecting the document, students has to fill up the form from the below link so that we may know who will come to collect the documents in advance as well as for future communication also.

• The student who was failed and cleared the exam in next semester, they shall be given the above said document only once we get the response from the Central Government, not now. We shall inform them once we get the response.

• Below is the list of the student who has appeared as repeater in next exam and shall not be issued the documents right now.
